Here is where to look for the records most people ask about in Monroe County. The main court campus is the Monroe County Courthouse, 610 Monroe Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360. Court Administration can be reached at 570-517-3009, the Prothonotary at 570-517-3370, and the Clerk of Courts / Clerk of Orphans' Court at 570-517-3385. Regular court and clerk office hours in the research file are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with the marriage license office listed by appointment from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
